Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within a very fast paced Trauma and Orthopedic, Spines and Breast directorate. The successful candidate will be working within an extensive directorate supporting with the daily operational and managerial responsibilities of a large dynamic team. The successful candidate will be driven to ensure delivery of high standards of care and ensuring that patients who require our services receive equitable and safe care.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to support and drive change within the directorate whilst being patient focused. They will support with daily operational pressures including demand and capacity. The role also involves supporting and empowering teams to deliver safe standards of care. The candidate will have extensive managerial experience including HR knowledge, dealing with concerns and a sound clinical knowledge of the relevant specialties.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
