Job summary

The successful candidate will work in the Dermatology Treatment Centre assisting with skin cancer removal procedures.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for a hard working enthusiastic qualified nurse to join our surgical team in Dermatology at the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff.

We are looking for full time or part time workers as there is more than one post available.

The unit is based in Glamorgan House on the University Hospital of Wales site. It is open Monday - Friday 08:00 hrs - 18:00 hrs.

The successful candidate will work alongside dermatologists removing skin lesions under local anesthetic. They will also review the patients post procedures for removal of sutures and wound care.
