Main duties of the job
As Integration Assurance Manager,you'llbe responsible forensuring the successful integration of the Future NHS Workforce Solution (FWS), working closely with suppliers, architects, and userorganisations.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Assuring the supplier's integration strategy and implementation,with a focus on cloud-based platforms such as Oracle HCM and Microsoft Azure.

Ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and compliant with regulations.

Leading assurance activities across migration events and transformation phases. Collaborating with stakeholders across NHSBSA, DHSC, NHS England, NHS Wales, and external partners.

Assuring supplier designsincludingintegration touchpoints between Oracle HCM modules and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.

Assuring approach toMicrosoft Azure's data and analytics capabilities.

Assuring ServiceNow workflows and service integrations are configured to support operational efficiency and user experience.

MatrixManaging and developing a team ofSeniorTechnicalAnalysts.

Supporting governance, planning, and readiness assessments.

Contributing toprogrammeboards and decision-making processes.

Managing budgets, resources, and performance across multiple teams.
