Main duties of the job

Agile working - you identify and compare the best delivery methods, measure and evaluate outcomes, and help teams decide the best approach. You support prioritisation, outcome visualisation, and delivery to MVP, sprint, and scope.

Communication - you listen to technical and business stakeholders and interpret clearly for both. Build relationships, influence expectations, communicate proactively/reactively, and facilitate difficult discussions across teams and senior stakeholders.

Collaboration - you work collaboratively, network effectively, and time feedback for impact. You identify and resolve team issues, using agile health checks to provoke responses.

Digital perspective - you apply digital understanding and implement assisted digital solutions.

Evidence-based design - you design for multiple services, choosing the most straightforward approach.

Constraints - you identify, communicate, and work within constraints, challenge their validity, and ensure standards are met.

Leadership - you make medium-risk decisions, recommend higher-risk ones, build consensus, resolve team issues, give feedback effectively, motivate teams, and shape optimal team structures.

Prototyping - you use varied methods, share best practices, coach, and consider end-to-end strategic design.

Strategic thinking - you define and guide strategy/policy and evaluate approaches to meet or exceed needs.

User focus - you guide tool/method choices, track evolving needs, and apply strategy to optimise services.
