If so, we at the NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) have an exciting opportunity for you. We're looking for a Junior Delivery Manager to join our Digital Data and Technology (DDaT) Directorate.
As a Junior Delivery Manager, you'll support our Delivery Managers in the day-to-day management of the Delivery Team(s), removing blockers and tracking progress. You'll help create an environment where the team can deliver at pace, in line with GDS and NHSBSA standards.
This is a Junior role, so we're looking for someone with a strong desire to develop a long-term career in Delivery Management. You'll have a proactive approach to self-development and learning. We'll offer support, mentoring and coaching to put you in the best position to apply for a Band 7 Delivery Manager position.

Main duties of the job
As a Junior Delivery Manager, you'll be accountable for coordinating and managing a multidisciplinary Delivery Team alongside a Delivery Manager. You'll remove blockers, facilitate regular agile ceremonies, track and report on progress and communicate effectively. You'll build relationships with customers and stakeholders and work under the direction and guidance of the Delivery Manager and Lead Delivery Manager, to deliver products and services which meet the needs of our users.
