As an NHS organisation, we are aligned to the Agenda for Change NHS Pay scale. This role is at Band 7, and the current full time starting salary is £46,148 , with the opportunity for pay progression to £52,809over 5 years, dependent upon successful performance reviews and achievement of objectives.

Main duties of the job
You'll be responsible for providing structured analysis to inform business decisions. You should be collaborative and proactive, working on a wide variety of change initiatives using a range of skills and methodologies, working with stakeholders and/or multi-functional delivery teams to deliver change, maintain our core applications and deliver new services that support the health of millions of people.
You'll work with internal and external stakeholders to conduct full business analysis across the change lifecycle. Supporting the appraisal of options, risks, benefits, impacts and costs; defining requirements to meet the business changes; supporting the identification of continuous operational improvement opportunities.
Use a wide range of business analysis tools and techniquesDistil findings into an easy-to-consume formatIdentify, establish, and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels, constructively challenging thinking whilst maintaining rapportWork on complex strategic analysis, change delivery projects and continuous improvement initiativesWork with stakeholders to ensure that the strategic, economic, commercial, financial and management perspectives of change are considered in line with governance and process controlsProduce specifications and define requirements to be delivered as part of formal and informal change initiatives
