An exciting opportunity has arisen within the NHS BSA for an individual with a background in data analysis and reporting, ensuring data quality and resolving complex queries from external stakeholders. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is detail orientated and highly organised, with experience of managing performance and working in an environment that fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
The post holder will work closely with the Quality and Information Analyst to provide data and insight to support business decisions across various areas including business planning, counter fraud, external audit, and quality assurance.
This role is hybrid working - mainly homeworking but will be office based when required.

Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for supporting the Quality and Information Analyst in delivering a diverse range of analytical products and reports, covering statistical, financial, and quality data from a variety of sources. Experience in a similar role and advanced skills with Microsoft Excel are necessary, along with an ability to work with high degree of accuracy and to strict deadlines.
You will be required to produce and maintain dashboards for the monitoring of KPIs and quality assurance results, along with data collection and analysis for ad hoc tasks including audits and data requests from external clients including the Department of Health and Social Care.
Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of Management Information and Finance Co-ordinators, including conducting 1-2-1s and undertaking absence reviews. You will also be required to work with the Senior Management Team and colleagues in other areas of the NHSBSA and external stakeholders.
