As a Learning and Organisational Development Advisor, you will report to the Organisational Development Lead and work collaboratively to design, deliver, and evaluate learning and organisational development interventions. Your primary focus will be on our learning and organisation development strategy and roadmap, which includes delivering and enhancing our corporate induction, supporting the design and management of our organisational approach to apprenticeships, designing e-learning packages, and supporting leadership development pathways.
This role is offered on a maternity cover basis with a fixed term duration of 12 months.

Main duties of the job
In this role, you will focus on delivering our learning and organisation development strategy and roadmap, which includes but is not limited to:
- Provide support and be the central point of contact for new inductees throughout their onboarding and induction period. Collaborate with the Co-Ordinator to plan delivery dates and forecast colleague numbers.
- Lead and deliver the corporate induction process, consistently enhancing the content and sharing best practices across directorates. Collaborate with recruitment, onboarding, and induction networks to ensure a warm and welcoming environment for new colleagues.
- Evaluate induction data and insights to inform decision-making, supporting the OD leads in providing comprehensive reports.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of targeted leadership and management development pathways using data and trends.
- Support and identify the development of graduate opportunities, work experience programs, T-levels, and apprenticeships, aligned with the learning and development policy. Manage the Digital Account System (DAS) for apprenticeships and provide expertise in business area meetings.
- Design engaging workshops and e-learning content, maintain the My Hub Virtual Learning Centre, and actively contribute to achieving strategic people strategy and goals. Bring innovative ideas to challenge the status quo and actively engage in continuous professional development.
