Main duties of the job

o Shape the future of workforce capability by designing and delivering NICE's integrated Learning, Talent, and Strategic Partnering strategy.o Lead innovation in leadership development through inclusive talent pathways, succession planning, and coaching and mentoring frameworks.o Drive organisational transformation by embedding a future-fit skills taxonomy and capability framework across NICE.o Champion a culture of high performance and inclusion, ensuring learning and development initiatives empower every colleague to thrive.o Influence at the highest level by representing People Services at executive forums and providing thought leadership on workforce capability and talent pipelines.o Create impact through data-driven decisions, establishing KPIs and evaluation frameworks to measure success and report outcomes to senior stakeholders.o Inspire and lead talented teams, motivating Learning & Talent specialists and Strategic People Partners to deliver exceptional, business-aligned solutions.o Collaborate across the organisation to integrate strategic workforce planning, organisational development, and cultural change initiatives that make NICE a brilliant place to work.
