Delivery Programme Coordinator

Job summary

This post will support the co-ordination and delivery of the organisation's annual business plan and priority projects. This requires a flexible and responsive approach and will provide the postholder with an interesting variety of work. To succeed in this role, you will need experience of providing project or programme management support within a complex environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexibly in an evolving and fast paced environment.

Main duties of the job

As Delivery Programme Coordinator you will be responsible for:

o Coordinating the delivery of a range of projects, programmes and initiatives that form part of NICE's business plano Maintaining project plan trackers, action logs, milestone and risk registerso Providing secretariat support to Programme Boards and other key meetingso Providing progress reports on assignments for which they have responsibility and escalating risks, issues or exception items where necessaryo Overseeing and/or providing administrative and diary management support to the senior staffo Coordinating and supporting meetings relating to the Directorateo Gathering and analysing data and producing reports and presentation slideso Supporting external engagement by senior managers
