Job summary

NICE Advice (which includes NICE International) provides a single point of contact for the life sciences industry to provide a clear and simple customer journey from clinical development to market access. NICE International advises other HTA agencies and relates institutions on the development of HTA processes in other countries.

Main duties of the job

The Account Manager will:

  • Act as a key point of contact in all matters related to customer needs, services and follow-up
  • Build strong connections with customers to develop lasting relationships and encourage repeat business
  • Lead on the coordination and delivery of business development activities
  • Have a thorough understanding of both NICE Advice and NICE International products and services to ensure that we match them to the needs of our customers and provide maximum value
  • Foster a customer-focussed, commercial mindset across the team
  • Analyse, interpret and report on financial, commercial and scientific information
