We have a greatopportunity for anyone with an interest in facilities, events, people and offices. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Reception & Facilities Assistant for our lovely London office on the edge of the Olympic Park, Stratford. The successful candidate will work in a small but efficient facilities team, alongside other organisations to create a great place for staff to come and work. They will also support to set up our large external meeting room suite which includes meeting room and AV set ups. The role includes all catering (setting up tea cups, saucers, along with other crockery and utensils), ordering lunches from our external providers and general reception services.This is a Band 3 Fixed term for one year Agenda for Change plus Inner HCAS and is a full time office based role.The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) is the independent organisation responsible for providing national guidance and advice on promoting high quality health, public health and social care.For further details please contact the office co-ordinator, Tracy McNamara tracy.mcnamara@nice.org.uk.Please note that this role may not be eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route, please refer to the Direct Gov website for more information with regards to eligibility
Main duties of the job
To provide a range of reception and event catering services and event planning within the Facilities team, to ensure a successful, effective, and efficient day-to-day running of the London office, including a large meeting room suite, staff area and reception.
