Job summary
The Learning and Development and Digital Adviser will play an important role in enhancing the NICE colleague experience through the design, delivery, and evaluation of innovative learning solutions, including digital programmes. The position involves working closely with the Learning Development Practitioner, People Team colleagues and key stakeholders to identify development needs, developing digital learning resources, and utilising learning management systems to monitor performance.
The adviser will support the development of e-learning packages and blended learning solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. The adviser will also facilitate colleague learning and development programmes, both in-person and virtually, to contribute to the overall goal of helping practitioners and commissioners get the best care to people fast while ensuring value for the taxpayer.
