Main duties of the job

The postholder will be a key member of the NICE Digital, Information and Technology senior team, accountable for delivering day-to-day IT operations and support across networking, infrastructure, WebOps, and cyber security. They will have a strong understanding of NICE's current and future infrastructure needs and lead the delivery of key projects related to network and infrastructure.

They will manage third-party providers, ensuring support and solutions meet industry standards and maintain high availability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the Infrastructure, Cyber and WebOps teams

  • Advising on priorities and balancing team workloads to meet organisational goals

  • Final decision-making on prioritisation and issue resolution

  • Accountability for delivery against KPIs, including availability and resource use

  • Identifying service improvements and addressing resource constraints

  • Driving operational excellence and capability development

  • Reviewing and enhancing support processes to ensure best practice

  • Modernising operations and embracing cloud infrastructure
