People Hub Team Lead

The closing date is 03 August 2025

Job summary

At the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), we're not just about producing world-class guidance--we're about creating a workplace where people feel empowered, supported, and inspired. Our People Services Team is central to that mission, and the People Hub is set to become the gateway to everything we do.

As our new People Hub Team Lead, you'll lead a small, dedicated team and play a pivotal role in shaping how colleagues access People support. You'll work closely with the Head of Resourcing and Intelligence to help design and deliver a brand-new People Hub--one that's modern, responsive, and built around exceptional customer service.

You'll collaborate across the full People Directorate, gaining exposure to areas like employee relations, learning and development, resourcing, and organisational development--making it the perfect platform to grow your career while making a real impact.

Interviews are anticipated to take place in early September.
