As our OD People and Culture Specialist, you'll be at the heart of shaping a high-performing, inclusive, and values-driven culture at NICE. Reporting into the People Relations and Culture Team Lead, you'll work across the People Services team and wider organisation to deliver impactful OD interventions that support our People Strategy, transformation agenda, and new ways of working.
You'll act as a trusted advisor and facilitator--designing and delivering OD projects, supporting leadership development, and embedding our values and behaviours into everyday practice. From team development and coaching to culture diagnostics and EDI strategy, your work will directly influence the colleague experience and help NICE continue to be a brilliant place to work.
Main duties of the job
In this varied and impactful role, you'll contribute to shaping a positive people experience across NICE by delivering expert OD support and driving forward our cultural and organisational goals.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading and supporting OD interventions that enable culture change, collaboration, and high-quality outcomes.
- Providing expert advice and facilitation to senior leaders, managers, and teams.
- Designing and delivering a range of OD activities including team development, coaching, and large-scale group work.
- Supporting the implementation of NICE's values, behaviour framework, and restorative just learning culture.
- Collaborating across the People Services team to embed inclusive, high-performing practices.
- Using data and diagnostics to evaluate OD impact and inform continuous improvement.
- Acting as a cultural ambassador, championing psychological safety, EDI, and employee engagement.
