Main duties of the job
In this key role, you'll provide responsive, high-quality support across the full spectrum of People Services activity--from sickness absence and occupational health to learning and development, policy queries, and more. You will also:
- Respond to a wide range of People-related queries with clarity, care, and professionalism
- Provide admin support across HR functions, including updating intranet content and coordinating job evaluation panels
- Manage training logistics via ESR OLM and support in-person and virtual sessions
- Maintain accurate People records and systems for reporting and audit
- Support sickness absence processes and help identify trends and actions
- Collaborate with internal teams, trade unions, and external partners
- Promote a just, inclusive, and restorative culture in everything you do
