Job summary
NICE are seeking 3 x highly organised and proactive Administrators to join us on a fixed-term basis, until 31 March 2025.
Individuals must be ready to start work from November due to the short nature of the contract.
Please note that this role may not be eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route, please refer to the Direct Gov website for more information with regards to eligibility.
Main duties of the job
2 x administrators to provide operational support for NICE committees, working on a portfolio of projects that they take administrative lead for whilst working closely with a project manager.
1 x PA/EA to provide administrative and secretarial support to 2 x programme directors, including diary management, preparing correspondence, collating and distributing papers. Organising in-person and virtual meetings, plus co-ordinating the attendance of attendees, booking meetings rooms, facilities, refreshments, and travel bookings.
