Main duties of the job
They will have a deep understanding of the diverse user groups at NICE and their needs. They will champion and represent these user needs to stakeholders across NICE and prioritise end user services based on user insight and organisational goals
The post holder will have responsibility for the unified user support provision, the service management strategy and transformation of end user support at NICE and the connection of this to the ongoing needs and development of the end user solutions that will comprise to form a digital workplace
They will:o Provide management and leadership to the User Support and Digital workplace teams;o Advise the team on priorities and where necessary balance the workloads of individual team members to achieve the organisation's objectives and targets;o Provide a final voice on prioritisation and issue resolution;o Be accountable for delivery against agreed KPIs (including availability, utilisation of resource against budget etc) of end user services;o Proactively identify service improvement opportunities and resource constraints that may impair the team's ability to deliver its agreed objectives;o Drive operational excellence within the end user service. Assess and establish plans to improve the capabilities of the teams. Review and enhance support processes in line with good practice and fitness for purpose;o Critically review operations, moving them forward whilst embracing new approaches and technology opportunities.
