We are looking for a dedicated individual to review and refresh our People Policies, ensuring they align with our NICE values. This role emphasizes putting people before processes and applying a restorative and just approach. You will work with a great team of People Professionals working in partnership with Trade Unions and key stakeholders across NICE

Main duties of the job

The role is dedicated to completing a refresh and review of all People Policies to ensure they are up to date, legally compliant and aligned with NICE strategic objectives and NICE values. This is a crucial role for the development, review, governance and implementation of all People policies across NICE.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • To develop, review and update People Policies in line with ACAS, current legislation, best practice and organisational needs
  • To ensure all policies are written in a clear concise and accessible language reflecting NICE values and Restorative and Just Learning principles
  • To support the rollout of new or refreshed suite of People Policies, including the preparation of communication plans, updating NICE Space (Intranet), training materials and guidance documents.
  • To support delivery of training on People Related Policies, processes and to support the Learning and Development and OD functions to devise and deliver training to managers.
  • To monitor compliance and evaluate effectiveness identifying any areas of improvement
