Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the newly formed Continuous Improvement team in NICE as a Senior Business Analyst for Continuous Improvement. Your main function will be to provide expert advice and input to quality improvement efforts across the organisation. You will support teams to maximise productivity, efficiency, integrate work and reduce waste whilst enhancing quality. You will be an expert in quality improvement practices and will help to embed continuous improvement through relationship building, teaching improvement science, coaching improvement work and supporting the Programme Director of Improvement in building an infrastructure for improvement across the organisation. You will work closely with all directorates ensuring that quality improvement approaches are adopted to achieve successful delivery of business needs.
Main duties of the job
As a Senior Business Analyst for Continuous Improvement, you will:
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Build relationships and coach teams on improvement work.
- Act as a key interface between operational teams and the Continuous Improvement Team.
- Use quality improvement methodology to help teams to understand their systems, develop strategies and change ideas, test ideas, capture learning, embed successful change and spread improvements.
- Initiate and manage business analysis activities.
- Work with expert group teams to improve business processes.
- Support the organisation to identify opportunities for standardisation and waste removal.
- Provide professional support to team members.
- Contribute to staff recruitment.
- Maintain regular communication with senior staff.
- Manage a budget for quality improvement some activities.
- Commission external work and oversee contracts with external suppliers.
- Ensure resource requirements are planned for.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen the portfolio of improvement projects.
- Ensure business requirements are captured and communicated.
- Produce and maintain management reporting documentation.
- Develop and produce business requirements documentation.
