Main duties of the job
As a programme manager in the professional team, you will be responsible for managing a workforce planning system to enable clear resource assignment and trackable activity. You will work closely with the PMO and topics hubs to monitor the flow of work.
You will work collaboratively with other NICE programmes and external parties to deliver programme change, efficiency improvements and resolve issues and conflicts. You will also establish and maintain effective engagement with key stakeholders across the programme.
Main duties
Working closely with the Associate Director, Senior Programme Manager PMO and Scheduling to establish the new Project Management Professional Team.
Providing management and leadership to the project management professional team to achieve the Centre's business objectives.
Acting as a key point of contact and liaising and networking within NICE and with external partners
