We have a greatopportunity for anyone with an interest in facilities, events, people and offices. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Reception & Facilities Assistant for our lovely London office on the edge of the Olympic Park, Stratford. The successful candidate will work in a small but efficient facilities team, alongside other health organisations to create a great place for staff to come and work. They will also support to set our large external meeting room suite which includes meeting room and AV set ups, catering and reception services.
This is a Band 3 position Agenda for Change plus Inner HCAS and is an office based role.

Main duties of the job
To provide a range of administrative support services and event planning within the Facilities team, to ensure a successful, effective, and efficient day-to-day running of the London office, including a large meeting room suite, staff area and reception.This will include catering and reception responsibilities.

The Facilities Team is responsible for a range of tasks including maintenance of the building and equipment, coordination of travel to and from the business, purchase ordering and other clerical support duties. No two days are the same and there is a strong team ethic among us. If you are successful, your role would be to provide a range of administrative support services and event planning within the Facilities team, to ensure a successful, effective, and efficient day-to-day running of the London office, including a large meeting room suite, staff area and reception.
