We are excited to offer an opportunity for an enthusiastic, skilled and experienced Database Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with an existing Database Specialist to support business-as-usual activities and play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our data warehouse. This position is essential in providing foundational support to our data engineers and ensuring the integrity and availability of data across the organisation.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is keen to contribute to major projects that impact the entire organisation. Main duties of the job
Collaborate with an existing Database Specialist to develop and manage our data warehouse.
Engage in both routine maintenance and complex problem-solving related to database management.
Ensure data from diverse sources is accurately integrated and maintained within the system.
Support the design and implementation of database structures that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our database strategies, incorporating agile methodologies to adapt to changing needs.
Optimising the environment to enhance performance and efficiency.

In addition to the advertised salary working in the London area will attract High-Cost Area Supplement where appropriate.
