The NHS Counter Fraud Authority (NHSCFA) is the national body responsible for all matters relating to the prevention, detection and investigation of economic crime across the NHS. Further information about our work and annual plan for delivering this is available on our website.
Our People & Workforce Development Assistant is a key team member providing administration service to our team. Working to our Workforce Development Advisor they will maintain and support our systems, processes, logs and records in respect of learning, development and human resources delivery for our workforce of 225 people. They will also take responsibility for specific processes such as colleague vetting, post-delivery learning evaluation, job evaluation and our learning management system as well as planning and organising organisational and departmental activity and events.

Main duties of the job
Our ideal candidate needs to fulfil the criteria as outlined in the attached person specification document and ideally have worked in administration environment, recruitment or training and have experience of keeping records and systems up to date, producing sensitive and detailed documents and resolving queries and problems and following through to identify issues and make suggestions for improvement.
To maintain and support systems, processes, logs and records in respect of L&D/OD/HR delivery.
Take responsibility for specific PWD processes such as colleague vetting process, post-delivery learning evaluation, job evaluation process and learning management system (LEARN).
To plan and organise organisational/departmental activity and events.
Using generic mailboxes to act as first point of contact and responsible for managing the query or signposting as appropriate.

This role will be based at our Coventry office for 3 days a week and homeworking for 2 days.
