The NHS Counter Fraud Authority (NHSCFA) is the national body responsible for all matters relating to the prevention, detection and investigation of economic crime across the NHS. Further information about our work and annual plan for delivering this is available on our website.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new team responsible for designing and delivering specialist counter fraud training to NHSCFA people and external stakeholders who support the fight against fraud and other economic crime within the NHS. The role is vital to supporting the work of the Academy.

Main duties of the job
To work as part of the Specialist Training team to develop, maintain andsupport delivery of virtual and face to face courses, workshops, andwebinars.
Responsible for providing the first point of contact for internal and externalqueries regarding the provision of learning and development.
Dealing with questions and directing callers/queries raised to the relevantguidance / information documents /websites.
Maintenance of internal and external training material.Make independent decisions in their area of work ensuring objectives are met.
