Job summary

- To provide Management and Clinical supervision for Junior Staff.
- To participate within the ongoing Educational Programme and to formulate care plans together with Senior Staff Members.
- Assesses patients, plan, implements care, provides advice, maintains associated records.
- To work within the nursing and multi-professional team to ensure a high standard of care to a defined patient group.
- Participate in the on call rota.
Main duties of the job
- Responsible for assessing patient needs, planning, implementation and evaluation of a programme of care which is evidence based utilising all available resources taking into consideration the lifestyle, gender and cultural background and ensure involvement with the patient, family, carers and significant others.
- Organise own workload to ensure that the interests of the patients/clients are met.
- To undertake any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as requested by GHA Senior Management

Conducting health campaigns and initiatives aimed at disease prevention and health promotion. Offering mental health care and community-based health services.
Services are mainly provided from St. Bernards Hospital. The hospital also collaborates with international medical institutions for specialised treatment and support.
