Job summary

This new role has been identified to lead a team to deliver high-quality relationship-centered care and services, for all the people we support, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards, and aligned to Optalis policies and procedures, vision, and values whilst achieving business targets.

Supporting the overall Optalis strategy of delivering services which represent best value and quality, in a way that supports our vision of fulfilling the potential of every customer, colleague and community with whom we work.

You will be skilled at building operational relationships and processing improvements whilst ensuring the delivery of quality, governance and compliance measures.

To succeed, you will need to be able to demonstrate experience of managing a multi-site and /or geographical spread teams and have proven leadership and experience at an executive clinical lead level of delivering major organisational change programmes. You will be able to motivate managers and encourage new developments and commitments.

Registered Nurse with current NMC registration

Significant senior leadership experience in healthcare or social care.

Strong understanding of clinical governance and regulatory frameworks

Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and change management skills.

Proven track record of clinical service delivery

Demonstrate experience in clinical governance, risk management, regulatory compliance and quality improvement
