This new role
has been identified to lead a team to deliver high-quality
relationship-centered care and services, for all the people we support,

You will be
skilled at building operational relationships and processing improvements
whilst ensuring the delivery of quality, governance and compliance measures.
To succeed,
you will need to be able to demonstrate experience of managing a multi-site and
/or geographical spread teams and have proven leadership and experience at an
executive clinical lead level of delivering major organisational change
programmes. You will be able to motivate managers and encourage new
developments and commitments.
Registered

Significant senior leadership experience in healthcare or social care.
