Based in a lovely setting of a converted and extended farm house, with landscaped gardens, you will be a part of our team striving towards fulfilling the lives of our residents.

As a Registered Nurse at Corserv Care, Trefula House care home, youll look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the quality care they deserve.

The Registered Nurse will have the autonomy to deliver excellence across everything that you do, and you will be truly valued and respected by the team.

About us

Trefula House is a Nursing home with, providing personal care and support for up to 28 people. It is divided into 2 areas, which comprise of a 20 bed dementia unit and a further 8 bed unit on the ground floor. The team work together across both areas.

As part of our home management team, you will have overall management of your shift, helping the home and staff maintain the highest quality standard of care and customer service. You will play a vital role in the management, development and motivation of your team, coaching and developing them to high performance and helping the home create an inclusive and positive environment where our residents can thrive.
