Main duties of the job

Salary range: £37,443 - £39,264 p.a. inc. London weighting

Contract: Permanent

Hours of work: 36 hours per week

Location: Civic centre and other locations from time to time

The Post

We are looking at recruiting a community coordinator within our Brent Health Matters team, which works across multiple stakeholders within the community, local authority, and NHS to tackle health Inequalities.

The Person

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic person to join our BHM team, which works closely with all stakeholders and the community to tackle health inequalities. The focus of this post will be to engage with local communities, working on local priorities and working with health and local authority statutory services in ensuring these priorities are addressed.
