Job summary

Hartlepool Borough Council are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated staff nurse to work within our 0-19 service; to provide a clinically effective, high quality service to the local school aged population.As a staff nurse in the school nursing team you will deliver group based health promotion interventions and individual work with children, young people and their families to address local needs.

Main duties of the job

You will work in the community supporting children and families in their own homes, Family Hubs, community and education settings.

You will be supported to fulfill your role through induction, training, shadowing and a tailored preceptorship package.
