Job summary
We’re looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our Reablement and Independence Service (RIS). This is your chance to make a genuine difference in people’s lives — helping residents regain confidence, build independence, and stay well in their own homes.
You’ll be part of a friendly, multi-disciplinary team working across the community, supporting people with a wide range of needs — from physical and mental health conditions to learning disabilities and age-related challenges. You’ll also work closely with colleagues in Local Access Points, Locality Teams, and Hospital and Discharge to Assess services to make sure support is joined-up and focused on what matters most to each person.
