Children and Family Care Services supports children and young people aged 018 with diagnosed disabilities who are involved with Disability Social Work teams.

The Flexible Response Role provides parents and carers with direct guidance on safe caregiving, timely support, and interventions to address safeguarding issues and reduce risks.

Staff also deliver home-based care and offer short break opportunities for young people.
