Job summary
The role will involve you working collaboratively with individual children, young people, and their families to deliver timely support and interventions aimed at addressing safeguarding concerns and mitigating risks to children and young people. Responsibilities may include supporting medical tasks and interventions, for which tailored training will be provided. The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm and a strong commitment to enhancing outcomes for children and young people.
Main duties of the job

About us
Children and Family Care Services supports children and young people aged 018 with diagnosed disabilities who are involved with Disability Social Work teams. The Flexible Response Role provides parents and carers with direct guidance on safe caregiving, timely support, and interventions to address safeguarding issues and reduce risks. Staff also deliver home-based care and offer short break opportunities for young people.
