About the Role Responsible for the accurate entering of commissioned care packages to the Social Care Case Management systems and resolving queries relating to commissioned care. Alongside this, the role is the first point of contact to deal with team communications whilst assessing the nature of the contact in line with the team procedures. We have a dedicated training and induction plan for all new starters where we will develop your knowledge, skills, and expertise in order for you to be successful in your role. Work location: Your office base will either be in Abingdon or Banbury There is the ability to work in an agile manner with the requirement to go to alternative offices, if required, for training purposes or meetings. About you You should have experience of working in a finance or system related environment. Being able to work in a pressured, ever-changing environment, managing high volumes of work with accuracy and attention to detail, excellent communication skills and strong IT skills will be essential.
