Job summary
Working alongside two other passionate Team Managers, you will be responsible for a team of social workers supporting children to achieve permanence and reach their full potential.
Main duties of the job
As part of our team, you will:
Empower and lead a team of Social Workers and Senior Practitioners
Collaborate with our Service Manager in the continual development, delivery, and review of services for children, young people, and their families.
Enable your team to work alongside children, young people, and families in line with our practice approach.
Conduct regular supervision, and mentorship to build and maintain a high performing, engaged and thriving team.
Abide by the Practice Standards of Social Work England ensuring any potential risks and harms are dealt with promptly and effectively by the team in line with safeguarding and practice standards.
