Job summary

We are on the hunt for anAdvanced Practitionerwho can juggle high-level casework,lead reflective supervision, and provide expert guidance to our dynamic team.Youll be the go-to person for complex safeguarding decisions, legal frameworks, and multi-agency coordination.Plus, youll get to play a key role in shaping services, mentoring students, and even championing specialist areas like Section 117 aftercare.

You will be:

Main duties of the job

Work independently to hold and manage a varied and complex caseload with supervision and advice from the Lead Practitioner at a level of complexity appropriate to the post holder's experience, and professional capability and be accountable for their professional practice.

Work with individuals, families, carers and communities to help them make informed choices and decisions, enabling them to clarify and express their needs and contribute to service planning.
