What will you be doing?

You will have a crucial quality assurance role in the standard of assessment being presentedto fostering panel.

You will have be key to training and developing the central list members and social workersin relation to the function of panel.

You will be a conduit between panel and the service in the continuous development of both.

You will be expected to work closely with team managers across the service in promoting permanence for children in our care.

You will act as an advisor to childrens service staff and other stake holders on fostering matters.

About you

You will need to have a good working understanding of relevant care planning and fosteringlegislation and be able to advise the Fostering Panel on relevant statutory requirements, regulations and national minimum standards.

You will need to be committed to the development of good standards in fosteringassessments and practice.

You will need to be well organised and have good persuasion and influencing skills.

You must be aqualified Social Worker with a Social Work England registration.
