Main duties of the job

Your role and responsibilities

You will:

  • clinically review referrals into the Healthy Living Service and take appropriate actions

  • undertake clinical and wellbeing supervisions for the Healthy Living Practitioners

  • support with the daily operational components of the Healthy Living Service

  • work in accordance with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct, and other regulatory documents, ensuring your NMC registration is maintained

  • support the needs of children, young people and their families through ensuring the implementation of the care pathways, outlined in the Healthy Living Service Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and in accordance with clinical governance frameworks and policies.
