Main duties of the job

What will your day look like?

As the Named Nurse for Safeguarding, you will lead safeguarding practice across our Public Health Nursing service in North East Lincolnshire. Youll provide expert advice to practitioners, ensure statutory safeguarding requirements are met, and promote the welfare of children and adults.

You will help shape longterm safeguarding strategy, work closely with partner agencies, and model a strong safeguarding culture. You will also lead a small team of specialist nurses, offering highquality supervision, training, and professional support.

Reporting to the Head of Service, youll contribute to quality assurance, service improvement, and effective multiagency communication.
