Join our Advice and Contact team, where we focus on prevention and early support, working creatively to make a real difference in peoples lives.
We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist who shares our values of compassion, respect, and collaboration.
We are looking for someone who is HCPC registered, with at least two years PQE and a strong understanding of relevant legislation. You will be confident in managing risk, leading on complex cases, and contributing to service development.
This position comes with a 12.5% market supplement payment. All market supplement payments are subject to review on an annual basis.
Main duties of the job
In this role, you will carry out strengths-based assessments, often in challenging or sensitive situations, helping people live as independently and safely as possible.
You will manage a varied caseload, including complex cases, and assess risk, recommend adaptations, and source bespoke equipment solutions.
You will also play a key role in safeguarding, moving and handling assessments, and supporting carers.
You will work closely with health and social care professionals, always keeping the person at the centre of your practice.
