Main duties of the job
- Manage a varied caseload, conducting Care Act Needs Assessments using strength-based, person-centred approaches.
- Work closely with colleagues from health, education, and partner agencies to support young people and their families
- Always promote independence and the least restrictive practices.
About you
- Minimum of two years' post-qualification experience.
- DipSW or equivalent qualification.
- Social Work England registration
