Salary: £13.47 - £13.90 per hour (plus 10% for qualifying unsocial hour shifts evenings, weekends and bank holidays)

Urgent Care & Telecare Response Team Helping People Stay Safe, Supported and Independent

Main duties of the job
What you will do:
- Respond to urgent care and Telecare alerts
- Provide personal care, meal prep, and emergency support
- Travel across Wiltshire delivering timely, empathetic care
- Work shifts including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
Who we are looking for:
- Caring, empathetic, and dependable
- Comfortable working independently and in a team
- Understanding of elderly or disabled people's needs
- No formal qualifications needed we will support you to complete the Care Certificate
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
