Main duties of the job
This is a contextual safeguarding team working with young people who face risks outside of the home.
Our Families and Children's service provides a high quality, efficient and effective social work service. This is an opportunity to join our supportive and friendly team as a Newly Qualified Social Worker, working within a great environment where youll be supported.
You will work with a dedicated ASYE Development Manager and receive supervision twice a month, as well as informal support and ongoing guidance for practice. You will receive ongoing training and development which is designed by our designated ASYE Co-ordinator, and you will finish with an end of year group celebration.
In addition to our ASYE programme, we provide a range of learning and development opportunities - not just at the start of your career but across the professional capabilities framework. Grounded in relationship-based practice, opportunities are varied and ongoing such as a newly developed innovative fund for developing practice by shadowing in organisations.
