Job summary
We are seeking compassionate and skilled Physiotherapists to join our Reablement team, helping individuals regain mobility, independence, and overall well-being. This role involves working with a variety of conditions, including neurological (e.g., stroke, Parkinsons) and musculoskeletal (e.g., arthritis, fractures), as well as supporting patients post-hospital discharge.
Main duties of the job
- Assess, treat, and manage patients with tailored physiotherapy plans.
- Collaborate with the Reablement team to promote recovery and independence.
- Communicate clinical information clearly and empathetically.
- Safeguard vulnerable individuals and uphold professional standards.
- Travel to patients homes and care settings as needed.
