Main duties of the job

Our Reablement Support Workers provide vital assistance to individuals in their homes post-hospital discharge. They play a pivotal role in helping customers achieve their goals, working closely with dedicated occupational therapists to co-develop personalised reablement plans.

We are seeking individuals with a genuine passion for helping others who are available on a rota basis between 7am to 10pm 365 days a year. Qualifications

Essential

  • Care Certificate or equivalent knowledge and understanding with willingness to undertake the required training
  • General level of education to GCSE A*-C or equivalent skills and experience

Desirable

  • (NVQ) Level 3 apprenticeship in Adult Care or equivalent experience with willingness to undertake the required qualification.

  • Previous experience of providing care and support to the elderly and/or people with a learning disability
