Bradford Council Public Health team are seeking to recruit a skilled and ambitious Team Manager to lead our Living Well Service. The Living Well Service team includes over 40 staff delivering personalised behavioural change support to children and adults across Bradford District, including smoking cessation, exercise on referral (BEEP) and weight management. This leadership position will be key to ensuring that the Living Well Service is being run efficiently and safely and offering a quality experience for service users. The position holder will be required to work closely with colleagues in strategic roles to ensure the maximum benefits of the service are gained through its offer to the wider system as well as being able to support the front-line teams develop a more integrated service delivery model. The ideal candidate will be proactive with demonstrable experience of leading operational services and diverse teams alongside being adept at transforming vision and strategy into practical outputs.
