Job summary
The Role:
The successful candidate will be supported by a Senior Occupational Therapist and an Assistant to manage a caseload of residents requiring assessment and intervention in the community. Support will involve regular supervisions, competency building and annual appraisal to ensure career development.
Main duties of the job
Your role will involve:
- Provide a professional Occupational Therapy including statutory Social Care responsibilities.
- Contribute to Service delivery that is person-centred and outcome focused with an emphasis on encouraging independence
- Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to address complex needs and achieve best outcomes for individuals and their Carers.
