We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Social Worker to join us!
This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working, and a salary of £38,192 to £42,012 per annumplus an annual retention bonus of £3,000 subject to eligibility.

- Located within a multi-disciplinary community team you would be supporting adults with learning disabilities and their families and carers to improve their lives.
- You would be involved in carrying out assessments, undertaking care reviews and supporting care planning.
- You would take part in a duty rota to deal with incidents, safeguarding alerts and information requests.
- You would work as a Social Worker and Health Professionals to protect and promote the interests of vulnerable people.
- Undertake safeguarding investigations and capacity assessments and best interest decisions relating to adults with a learning disability.
