Main duties of the job

As Executive Director Finance & Resources, you will lead our financial strategy, ensuring strong governance, commercial performance, and longterm sustainability. You will play a critical role on the YPO Board, guiding organisational direction, overseeing financial planning and risk, and shaping business performance. This highimpact and highly visible role spans financial leadership, governance, legal, IT, and business change/ business intelligence. You will oversee financial planning, risk management and organisational performance, while ensuring that YPOs systems, data, and corporate service functions enable innovation, insight, and effective decisionmaking. This is a pivotal opportunity for a credible, forwardthinking leader who can bring strategic clarity, build confidence, and drive organisational excellence across a diverse and influential portfolio.
