Job summary

Tynedale centre, Hexham supports adults with complex needs. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who is committed to helping maintain a quality service.This role is:

• Fixed Term position (6 months)
• Part Time, 35 hours
• NCC Band 4 salary - £22,369 to £24,054 (pro rata for part time employees)

Main duties of the job

Role of the job:

• To support service users with their physical, personal and emotional care, to enable and promote independence so they can reach their full potential.
• Preparation and serving of meals / drinks
• Administer medication (appropriate training given)
• Communicating with service users and colleagues report writing and sharing of information
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure individual care plans are achieved/ reviewed
• Attend training, take part in appraisals, supervisions and team meetings.
